Question : Mitel 5220 IP Phone Muting

We have some mitel 5220's running off our 3300 switch -

We have a handset and a headset plugged into the back of the phones. Unlike the rest of our phones (5224's, 5340's) the 5220's do not have a mute button on the unit - the microphone button does not do anything.

I have checked and I also don't see any feature access code assignments and nothing in the multiline set key assignment form -

it's the microphone key

Same on the 5330/5340 except the microphone key looks like a microphone with a line thru it, it's a toggle, on or off aka muted or not.

That key on the 5220 is on the right hand side of the hard keys
