Question : DNS problem

we have a dc server that is our primary dns server and we have a file/print server that is our secondary dns server. we cannot access them by UNC but can with ip address. we get the error - logon failure: the target account name is incorrect. I think it is a DNS problem - not sure??

It's probably just an outdated version of DNSCMD if you're running Windows 2003. Give the support tools from SP1 a try perhaps:

I forget exactly when they introduced the ZoneExport option.
