Question : Exchange 2003 Quarantine Folder

Hi guys,
I need to find out a way to set a user mailbox that accepts all other mails not routed to existing users. For example, recipient *anything*@mydomain.com gets routed to [email protected] (quarantine is a user).

It's called a catch-all address but in Exchange it's not straightforward like selecting a tickbox. See this KB article and let me know if it helps.
