Question : I want to monitor users web surfing, how?

I would like to monitor my users web surfing activities by times and where they are going.
Their must be something simple these days..? I used to use Elrons Internet Manager and it was perfect but I cant find who distributes it now. Websence is just to rediculously demanding requirement wise since they require a standalone Windows Server now not just a standalone workstation.
So, what software can I use to monitor web activity on a 25 computer network?
Please help! It cant be that hard...
