Generic NIC drivers, not that I know of. As each system board and chipset are different.
Please try to find your driver by doing the following. Revisit Dell. Once on their home page, go to the bottom and under Support select Drivers & Downloads.
Then enter your systems Service Tag. This is the quickest and most assured way that you will see drivers specific for your system. Once the driver page comes up, just locate the network options as you did before.
