Question : Discovery and Connection Settings

In the Bluetooth Devices dialogue box I click turn discovery on and then apply. I then get a Bluetooth Service Error message that says "An error occured while windows was saving your settings. The following settings were not saved:" Discoverability settings and connection settings. Where do I go from here. Please help.
