Question : How do I install my wildcard certificate to enable SSL for VMRC (MS Virtual Server 2005 R2)?

I have a wild-card certificate that I purchased from godaddy.com; I have successfully installed this certificate on a couple of servers running IIS. I am a rookie when it comes to certificates and issuing/managing them... Godaddy initially helped me generate the certificate (as well as the intermidiates) for the first server that I installed it on. I have since created a .pfx file so that I can import to other servers (of which I have also been successful.) My question is with Virtual Server 2005 R2... I have installed the certificate in IIS (hosting virtual server)... this also was successful. Now I want to secure the VMRC (the service that actually exposes the virtual machines through a web browser... it runs on pot 5900 by default). In the administrative web app for virtual server, there is aconfiguration page to setup VMRC with SSL. Unfortunetly, the only applicable options are to either generate a request OR upload a certificate (.cer NOT .pfx). How can I generate a .cer from my pfx for VMRC? Is there another way to secure this? Any help would be greatly appreciated. (I think this is more of a general SSL/certifcate question than a MS Virtual Server 2005 question).

Well just import the pfx on that server and install it. And using cerificate manager on IIS install it on your VMRC site .. It generally uses self signed ssl and after you install your wild card ssl it'll show you the one you installed rather then using the self signed one.
If you are unsure on instrcutions on exporting cert from one site and installing on other then checkout the following URL
