Question : computer not showing up in network neighborhood

A Windows XP computer that is joined to the domain and has windows firewall disabled is not showing up in network neighborhood.

Any suggestions? I am able to RDP to it and ping it just fine.

you might try using winsockfix, that has helped me in the past when I've had similar problems.  It rebuilds the network stack.
