Question : How to test ISDN line speed?

Hi,
Is there a software or a way to test the ISDN speed? I have a 128K connection but I don't think I am getting it.  Because recently I received lots of complain about slow "pump out" speed of the web server... Please help.

It's hard to say if it's good or not. It depends on the network congestion from the origin point to destination. So if you try to get a file from the a small site near you is faster than getting a file at a busy site like Microsoft.com or netscape.com.
However you should get more than that if you're trying to connect & download file directly from your ISP. And in your case, I suppose the link is shared between many users, so you'll never get the top peak at 128kbits/s. 4-5k/s is typically good for a 56k modem. So from your 128k pipe, your peak at 8.9k/s is good enough for your pipe.
