Question : CA SSL Cert for IBM Web WebSphere 6.1

IBM WebSphere 6.1 running on Red Hat Release 4

I need to install a CA certificate (probably entrust).  Can anyone help me run through the steps?  I'm a Windows guy so I'm used to generating the CSR, sending to the CA, installing the cert...etc....I have absolutely no experience with Websphere and very limited experience with Linux.  I've been to IBM's site and a few discussion groups but I'm still quite confused on the whole process.
