As title, is it possible to run checkpoint firewall-1 on a broadband Internet connection using ADSL modem thru PPPoE dail-up logon. The ip address is dynamic

Answer : install checkpoint firewall on a PC using ADSL modem thru PPPoE connection

I misread that bit - with Checkpoint you can only use static addresses in this case, so you'll need a seperate NT 'router' with the ADSL modem in for this to work, and for Checkpoint to see the ADSL modem box as a fixed entity.
