Question : Find Owner of a webpage?

There are 3 domain names that point to three websites, which looks almost exactly the same.

3 different Owners own the domain names. All 3 Domain names point to exactly the same name server. The registrar is same for all 3 domain names. However the name server does not belong to the registrar or the owner.

I would like to know which party owns the webpage. Would it be the registrar or the owner of the name servers or the owner of the domain name?

Actually these domains are registered by the same people (group of people) and the use virtual hosting (a process of hosting multiple domains (websites) using a single ip address.

They are actually in Ukraine.
