Question : ICMP header checksum

Hi
I'm trying to build ICMP packet field by field (using Delphi). Everything work fine but the only problem is ICMP header checksum (crc). I have no idea how to calculate crc.
If you have any sugestions please let me know.
Any help will be very appreciate.
