Question : Enable SSL on OWA then Page Cannot be Displayed

Server 2003 Standard SP1
Exchange 2003 SP2 (no FE/BE)
servername: bbnsserver.bbns-tn.local
owa address: http://bbns-tn.com/exchange
Self-signed certficate from MS Certificate Authority on this server
OWA works fine when not using SSL.  Once I create and install the cert from the CA and click to Require SSL it begins to fail.

After enabling SSL, I go to http://bbns-tn.com/exchange and it says I need to use SSL.  Then I go to https://bbns-tn.com/exchange and it gives the Problem with this site's Certificate error, I click Continue to this website and I get Page Cannot be Displayed.

I've followed the step-by-steps on Petri, MsExchange.org, and Technet.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,
Mac

Answer : Enable SSL on OWA then Page Cannot be Displayed

Run this SSLDiag utility to troubleshoot SSL Issue...it will tell if there is really a problem of Certificate

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=cabea1d0-5a10-41bc-83d4-06c814265282&displaylang=en

Also you do have 443 port listed in Default Web Site properties...page under IP Addresses..
