Question : Some e-mail servers refuse an e-mail sent from my server

I Can't send e-mails.
I don't have dificult or error to send e-mails to a lot of e-mail servers in the internet, but, in two cases/address, I can't.

Everytime that I try to send an e-mail, I received the following error code:

"Error transferring to srvmail.DOMAIN.COM.BR; SMTP Protocol Returned a Permanent Error 554 Refused. Your reverse DNS entry contains your IP address and a country code."

I use sites like DNSREPORTS, "www.ipok.com.br" to check mail DNS Servers, and is OK.

What this message indicate ?
How can I configure my DNS or e-mail server to resolve this issue?

Information (address and domain is not real):

[email protected] (my exemple e-mail Address)

Reverse of IP 200.200.200.31: 200-200-200-31.domain1.com.br [A=200.200.200.31] (my mail server - ip address)
Server DNS: dns1.domain2.com.br [A=200.200.200.10] (My DNS Server)
Server DNS: dns2.domain2.com.br [A=200.200.200.11] (My DNS Server)

Server Email: mailserver.domain2.com.br [MX=5][A=200.200.200.31] (my e-mail server - name)

Answer : Some e-mail servers refuse an e-mail sent from my server

This is referring to a reverse DNS entry which your ISP creates for you.  They either didnt do it correctly or you dont have one setup at all.
Call your ISP and make sure they created one for you and if they already had one have them redo it.
