Question : windows dedicated server

hi need a recommendation on windows dedicated server hosting (other than theplanet & fastservers)

criteria

1) TRUE 24/7 technical support. at theplanet, i have to schedule many hours in advanced. sux
2) very quick and competent support engineers
3) "strong" bandwidth
4) their engineers can setup hardware firewall and quickly setup firewall rules according to my needs. also, again, they can do it in a snap, even in wee hours in the morning.
5) ability to connect others servers through LAN, as i plan to get around 5 servers.

I would suggest contacting www.he.net - they have a MASSIVE network with superfast cconnections nation wide.  I don't do dedicated hosting with them, just basic hosting, but on the rare occasions I've had to call them, they've been great with knowledgeable support.
