Question : DNS: How do I setup a testing server with same domain name as my live site?

Hi

1. I have a testing server on my LAN (192.168.0.100)
2. I have a live website with the URL: www.test.com
3. How do I configure my local machine(s) so that when I type www.test.com I get my local machine and not my live site.

The reason behind this is that I want to setup a joomla website on my local server and migrate to the live environment without changing the config files.
