Question : Delegate authority to certian users in active directory to change names, phone numbers, etc....

I am tring to delegate authority to supervisors of their OU.  I do the delegate wizard and that goes fine but how do I get the mmc to the user.  I get an error when I save the mmc to a network location and the user tries to access it.  Please help.

Download the adminpak.msi file and run it like this.

msiexec.exe /a \adminpak.msi

It will begin the install, and ask you for a network location to install to.
