Question : WIC 1ADSL Card in Cisco 2621 Router

I am fairly new to routing but getting better.  I have a Cisco 2621 that has been setup and is on my internal network. Here is the scenario I am trying to accomplish.

I have a Cayman DSL Router that was provided by SBC and I am replacing it with my Cisco 2621 with a DSL card.

I have Ethernet 0/0 set for the internal network and I am able to telnet, ping, browse, etc. successfully.

My Cayman Router currently has the following addresses:

192.168.1.1  Broadcast: 192.168.1.255
66.141.99.25  Broadcast: 66.141.99.31

I need to route the 192.168.100.x network through the 66.141.99.x network which is the external SBC network and I also need to keep the 192.168.1.x network routing through the 66.141.99.x netowrk to the external world as well as set it up so the 192.168.1.x addresses are DHCP.

Hopefully this all makes sense to someone other than me.  Thank you in advance for your help.

Yes, that's exactly correct.

I'm curious, where in all this do the 192.168.100.x addresses come from?  Is the network diagram like this:
