Question : I need to call forward from a Hunt Group Callmanager 6.1

I have a small work group (5 phones) in a Hunt Group. They share the helpdesk role by login and out of the group as required. Catch is if they are rostered on as the helpdesk operator and they need to leave their desk I would like them to be able to call forward the calls to their mobile.
It accepts the call forward but doesn't work. Can anyone offer a solution for this scenario.
