Question : Call Waiting Problem on Polycom IP650 phone with Trixbox CE
One of our Polycom IP650 phone sets is not handling call waiting correctly, incoming calls are shunted direct to the user's voicemail if he is on the phone at the time, and the incoming call never flashes on his set as it does on all other sets. We have confirmed in the Trixbox server that call waiting is enabled for his extension, and have disabled and re-enabled it, with no change in behavior at any point in that process. We have also used the call waiting feature code to disable and re-enable it from his set. Any suggestions are welcome.

We have resolved this issue by replacing the phone and creating a new extension for the user in Trixbox
