Question : Ping returns TTL expired in transit???  XP/Pro-sp2

I cannot reach www.erobertparker.com since installing SP2.  All other sites have no problem.  Friends can reach the site.  When I ping it, I get a good DNS and the following return:  Reply from 66.82.16.77: TTL expired in transit.  I get this four times with a 0 ms time according to ping.  The IP addres of 66.82.16.77 belongs to direcpc.  They are my Direcway satellite ISP.  They have no clue.  I have tried disabling windows firewall and Norton antivirus and get teh same result.  Anybody know what's going on.

Since it sounds like it's working from other networks, and it is working fine for me here, I would call up DirecPC and ask them if they can get to that website...

Another idea might be to point your settings to some other DNS servers (like your friends) and see if it resolves that way. If so, then you know it's definitely a DNS problem on your ISP side.
