Question : Find user's IP on a domain?

How would I go about finding the IP of a user on a domain on the network?

We're all on the same domain.. let's call it "networkdomain.com" and the user name is "bob". Well If I'm on the networkdomain.com, how would I go about finding his IP address instead of having to ask him for it?
