Question : One way voice on Cisco IP Communicator over the VPN

I have a user who works from home.  They use a VPN client to connect to the office network.  Their Cisco IP Communicator registers over the VPN no problem.  The problem I am having is with one way voice.  I can hear them, but they can't hear me.  Any ideas on how to approach troubleshooting this would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.

It seems routing problem, please set to the tunnel the voice gateway and phone subnets address to advertise...
