I have tried the "netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt" and no love there either.
the Cisco client VPN works fine with no issues. but windows VPN has lost the ability to connect to any server. other computer with similar settings works with no problems at all so I know its on the client machine.
Answer : XP SP3 VPN failure (not GRE issue) to ISA server. error 619 ir 721
was able to get this computer functioning again by removing Cisco's VPN client running a registry cleaner. verifying that connection would work again. then reinstalling Cisco VPN client and again verifying that it still works.
