Question : Preferred adn Alternate DNs

Preferred adn Alternate DNs

I have 4 DNS servers in 2 separate geographical sites which are also all Domain Controllers 2 in each site
DNS1 and DNS2 in site1
DNS3 and DNS4 in site2
They both have an AD integrated zone for our domain(Mydomain.com)

DNS3 holds the Schema/Domain Naming/PDC/Infrastructure roles
DSN4 holds the RID master role.

DNS1 tcp/ip has preferred DNS pointing to itself(DNS1 IP),The alternate DNS is pointing to DNS2 IP,then in the advanced /under DNS tab there is also IPs for DNS3 and DNS4. which means if you run ipconfig /all on DNS1 you will see :
IP address of DNS1
IP address of DNS2
IP address of DNS3
IP address of DNS4

Now I wonder if I delete the IP address of DNS3 and IP address of DNS4 from under the DNS tab, if the AD replication and DNS zone replication will work just fine.
I mean if I run IpConfig/all, I should see just
IP address of DNS1
IP address of DNS2
whic are both in the same site.

Thanks

AD Replication between Sites is dependent on Sites and Site Link under AD Sites and Services.
