Question : XP Link Speed/Duplex - How do I find what it auto-negotiated?

I need to know how to see what XP auto-negotiated. Is there a way to pull this out of the registry or via some sort of VB or WMI scripting. I know that information is in there somewhere, I jsut don't know how to go about getting it. I have been on google all morning.
