Question : Certification Authority

I need some help with Certification Authority !!!

On my site: http://members.home.nl/peterkiers/
I have an image of Certification Authority with 3 certificates.

This picture is an example I have capture from the Internet.

How can I put certificates into Certification Authority (like the picture)?

What is CRL and how to update the CRL?
