Question : Is there a way to pick up from a Cisco IP phone on one line from another IP Phone on a different line.

I want to be able to pick up a call coming in on a different line i.e. if there is an incoming call on someone's phone in my office, I would like to be able to answer that line from my phone and not have to walk over to the phone to answer.

What are you using for call control? If using cisco call manager it's called a pickup group. You put both lines in the same pickup group then you can just press the pickup button to transfer the call to your phone.

Most other systems have a similar function built in.
