Question : Interforest DNS zone import and translation

In a interforest migration scenario how do i import the DNZ zone data from the source domain ( which is running as primary zone) to the target domain in the new forest. How would the records be added to the new primary dns zone which has a diff FQDN without manually editing the source dnz zone file. I could'nt find any script to do the same. thanks.
