Question : Email Rejection, X-Loop: OutOfSpace
User reports email rejection with the following message: "Your message could not be delivered. The user is out of space. Please try to send your message at a later time." In the message headers, the following terms are used: X-Loop: OutOfSpace, Precedence: junk.
Checking the user accounts on both servers indicates that neither user or domain is out of disk space. The receiving email inbox is empty; it is downloaded to Outlook on the PC. A test message from a different domain to the user
[email protected]
goes through.
Thank you for your assistance!

Answer : Email Rejection, X-Loop: OutOfSpace
Did you do what I asked and checked the recipient's side for spam filtering? The only explanation for this NDR is that your sending IP was blacklisted and by moving to another hosted server, your IP has changed, thus resolving the problem.
