Question : DOMAIN is unavailable.  You might not have permission... When trying to browse domain from Network Places

Layout:

2k3 Ent. Edtn ...  2 DCs , Domain is WBN. Running DNS, WINS, DHCP, and of course AD  About 7 days ago this was not an issue.  No significant configuration changes have been made to cause the issue either.

When attempting to browse domain computers/DCs via My Network Places/Entire Network/MS Windows Network from a computer (and even DC) I get the following error:

"WBN is not accessable.  You might not have permission to use this network resource.  Contact the administrator....."
"The list of servers for this workgroup is currently unavailable."

I can however put UNC \\wbn into the address bar on an explorer window and browse to the domain resources , as well as I can go to \\wbn\MACHINENAME  and access file share resources.

The problem exists when using a couple pieces of software which require you to graphically browse to the machine/share you want to access.  It encounters the same issue and will not allow you to work forward.

Thanks for any input that is offered.

You just should not have a MB running on a multihomed system..  It can cause problems with the updates..  Not sure why this would be happening just recently, and this may not be your specific problem, just that you should correct this as a start..
