Question : How Can I Combine Two Internet Connection?

I've two modems and two phone line connection, So i want to use two internet connection simultaniously to boost up my downloading  and browing speed, Is it possible to combine two connection or not? If yes then please let me know how can i do this. Any help will be realy appreaciated

I've seen this situation before.

A long story short, Dial-up was the only option, so I went with a hardware solution, It was a router with 2 DB25 ports for connecting two external modems. It bound both modems and time sharded the connections over the network. It wasn't the fastest but out in the sticks it was all they had.
