Question : Mutt no longer sends email

I have mutt installed on an ubuntu (8.04 or 8.10) server and it was working GREAT.  I come in today and no emails will send.  I tried rebooting the server to no avail.

I am new to mutt and I don't know much about troubleshooting it.
