Question : Ethereal alternative

What is the best packet analyzer out there for windows other than Ethereal (free and commercial)?  Ethereal crashes just about every other action i take (starting a capture, stopping a capture, even clicking on "capture . . . options" sometimes crashes it).  Occasionally Ethereal does not crash but i am looking for something that actually works all the time.  I am capturing traffic on my wireless card (if it matters).

I find it strange that eathereal crashes i might look into researching why because i have used it on many different PC's and OS's and Had little to no trouble, you may have some other reason why it crashes, anyways here ckeck this link for other packet sniffers
