Question : Error when attempting to copy file - Parameter is Incorrect

File : MDF File for Sql Server 2000
Size : Around 70gb
Server OS : Win Server 2003

Hi People,

I am attempting to copy a very large Sql Server 2000 database data file to another location, but it complains that "Cannot Copy File : Parameter is incorrect".  I have managed to move some 40 other data files but this, along with another 4 very large (infact the largest) give me this error.  

Is there some kind of limit in filesize of files to be copied?

Any suggestions?

What/where is that "other location"? If, for example, it's a replaceable harddrive formatted in FAT32, you'll end up with this error, as FAT32 can not handle files over 4GB. You'd have to reformat in NTFS before you can use it for that.
