Question : Cisco CTIOS Cannot log in - timeout error

We have about four phones that we cannot logon to through Cisco CTIOS. We are getting a timeout error. I am also seeing errors in the log that says "ERROR - No AgentInstrument provided in SYS_INSTRUMENT_OUT_OF/BACK_IN_SERVICE and a connection reset by peer error. Can anyone help me?

Answer : Cisco CTIOS Cannot log in - timeout error

We figured it out; we restarted the services on the server and that fixed the issue.
