Question : HOW TO TELL WHO IS LOGGED INTO A COMPUTER USING ACTIVE DIRECTORY

I need to relate the User to a Computer using active directory. How can I tell who is logged into a computer? My network is static with the same users logging into the same computer. I need to relate that information. This network is using static ip addressing if that helps at all. (Please dont go into static ip addressing issues as that it was not my decision and I cannot change it)
