Question : Installing dcdiag.........

Is there a SBS 2000 SP4 support tools install or do i just use the Windows 2000 SP4 support tools to install dcdiag and all the other tools?

Uninstall the Support Tools again, then download and install the current version of the W2k Support Tools found here:
