Question : How do i get PCI wireless pc to connect with USB wireless laptop?

I have a main PC (this one im on now) connected to broadband.  The I have a second pc connected through a switch to this one and shares internet and files with this PC.  

I have installed a Zonet PCI Wireless adapter to the second PC and a USB Wireless adapter to the laptop so in affect I want the internet to share to PC two then that internet to share to the laptop?

Have I over complicated this?  Is it best to install the PCI wireless into the PC1?

Currently both Wireless devices are not working and the way I have set this up, there seems to be an IP conflict however I think I have got rid of that but setting to connect through the wired switch and obtaining the ICS automatically through the wired network.

when you enabled ICS, it should have made the ip address of the wireless adapter 192.168.0.1
so on the other mahcine set the ip to static
192.168.0.2
mask 255.255.255.0
gateway 192.168.0.1
enable dns and use 192.168.0.1
then try these ping tests
ping 192.168.0.1
ping 64.156.132.140
ping www.experts-exchange.com
