Question : Make Available offline is grayed out.

I have been working on a disconnection problem now for a week. The only thing I can see is when the users logoff there is an error message about the synchronization of a Network share "Personnel". Now there should not even be any synchronization going on in the first place. But when I right click the folder I the "Make Available offline" is grayed out.

windows explorer
under tools - folder options - offline files is offline files enabled if so then you need to find out whether there was any syching that occured - you can disable it but you should find out the history first
