Question : Automatically install printer + tcp/ip printer port from an exe file or something?

Hi,
  Is there a package or way to allow a user to run an .exe file which will install a printer, set the tcp/ip printer port up and ip address on a  network, and install correct printer drivers WITHOUT the user having to do anything?

You could write a batch file or vbs script to do it.
