Question : A few questions about setting up a wins server and network

Hi, I am new to WINS and have a few questions that I hope you can help me with.

1) I have two networks that I wish to connect together. 5 machines are one vlan and the charge for transfers between these servers is free with these machines having a 2nd nic card for private traffic. Another 2 machines are with another host. How can I get all these machines talking to each other whilst also using the private network where applicable?

2) To configure wins on the clients, I am going to the properties of the nic card, tcp/ip > advanced > wins > adding the wins server and setting enable netbios of tcp/ip. Is this right?

That is the DNS server that I mentioned as DNS server 1.  You don't have to add anything if you already have one.
