Array manager is a Windows GUI tool for managing the controller. It won't help you install Windows. Basically, if I remember correctly, 2000 doesn't have built in drivers for the PERC3/DC controller. You need to update the firmware on the controller then as 2000 setup begins, VERY early on, you need to press F6 and specify another driver. Download the driver from here: http://support.dell.com/support/downloads/type.aspx?c=us&cs=19&l=en&s=dhs&SystemID=PWE_PNT_P3C_2550&category=0&os=WNT5&osl=en&deviceid=1370&devlib=35
and put it on a floppy disk.
The drivers for all sorts of hardware on that system should be found here: http://support.dell.com/support/downloads/devices.aspx?c=us&cs=19&l=en&s=dhs&SystemID=PWE_PNT_P3C_2550&category=0&os=WNT5&osl=EN
What you REALLY want to ease the install process is the Dell Server Assistant CD. You would then boot off that and it would create an OEM type install for you, with the drivers for everything preconfigured. But to the best of my knowledge, you can't download those CDs, so if you don't have one, you either have to do things manually or call Dell and try to get a disk (probably have to buy it).
