Question : MS-Domain User can't log on to Domain because of time difference?
|
|
User receives the following Error message: "Current time on the computer and on the network are not the same"
User is not able to Log on to the Domain. He can Log on locally as administrator and has access to the ADS-Server.
What could the problem be ?
Thanks

A time difference of ten minutes between a clinet and The Network TIme server (usually your first DC) causes kerberos authentication to fail.
What's set as the LOCAL time on the client PC (check the YEAR some people mess around with the date to get Trailware and shareware to work) and this stops domain logon
