Question : DHCP Scopes

When configuring DHCP for multiple subnets using server 2003 using superscope.  What is the best way to configure an additional DHCP server for failover?

I dont use superscopes and I run multiple subnets
I just make my subnets logical....

a branch office has its own subnet and then a scope for that network.
