Question : Can memcache optimize Postfix?

Centos 5 server in a Colo that serves our email and web site.
I am taking steps to optimize the Postfix config and it came to mind that Memcache may help speed up delivery of content to our client apps.
If so, how do you set it up? I have not used Memcache as of yet.

I don't think you would get any performance benefit in your situation.
I can't imagine that you postfix config is too large for your current cache memory.

If you are running out of database handles, consider using proxymap.
