Question : Home Workgroup and Office Workgroup Question

Hey,

I have a laptop that I use at home and at work.  I do not want my home workgroup to be called the same as my office one.  Is there a way for my computer for recognize and join either workgroup automatically?

This is a Vista Ultimate HP laptop.  Both networks are simply workgroups.
