Question : Cannot copy Video.Zip: The path is too deep (Windows XP)

I have recently setup a network betweeen two computers running Windows XP, I have no problems viewing each computers files, I have setup to share all drives and given all permissions to allow users full access to both computers.
When I try to transfer files from one computer to another via the network though I get the following message : Cannot copy Video.Zip: The path is too deep.
Video.zip being the file I was trying to transfer over.

Has anyone else encountered this problem?  If so, how did you rectify it?  The network is setup with two eithernet cards and a crossover cable if that helps at all.

Answer : Cannot copy Video.Zip: The path is too deep (Windows XP)

That path isn't to long (256 charecters)
But if you are on fiend2000xp you don't need the \\
ARe you trying to copy it from windwos explorer or thru a command prompt
if on fiend2000xp form a prompt it should read
copy c:\transfer\video.zip \\fiend450\c
if c is the share name on fiend450
