Question : How to Start and Stop Weblogic 9.2 Servers through windows service

Hi,

We wanted to know how to create windows service to Start and Stop Weblogic9.2 Servers. We also want to start and stop our application which we have deployed as a managed server. Can someone let me know how to do it
